My son's head measures right between sizes, but the firm rib edges keep this one snug without leaving red marks. The wool is smooth, not itchy like some knits, and it's held up well through a few wash cycles so far. Just wish there were one more color option beyond the chocolate.

The chocolate color is exactly as pictured, and the firm ribbed edges keep it snug on my toddler without slipping. Only wish the size range was a bit more generous for older kids.

The wool is really soft and the ribbed edges keep it snug on my toddler's head, even when he's wiggling. Only wish it came in a slightly lighter weight for milder winter days.
